In July, the Rangers of the Wilds spent a weekend at the Germantown Metro Park. We kicked off the weekend setting up camp and an archery range. Friday we lucked out with a cloudless full moon night which we took full advantage of the weather, we took a moonlit walk to Sunfish pond. We found bioluminescent fungus growing on tree stumps and spent hours starring up at the stars. A perfect weekend with a great group of friends.
